Job Description
This is an incredible opportunity to join a friendly and fun team in a busy recruitment office. Elite Staffing Solutions is an award-winning recruitment agency and are looking for a confident and driven apprentice to help them deliver the exceptional customer service which they are known for. In this varied and interesting role, you’ll be using your exceptional people skills to support the team and learn from a team of experts.
Responsibilities
Supporting the team in the office, you’ll be learning a variety of skills, including:
- Handling inbound phone calls and passing on to the relevant people
- Taking basic details from candidates to register them
- Learning to pre-screen candidates
- Maintaining the software system, entering data and making sure it’s up to date
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Booking candidates in for interviews and calls with the team
- Office administration
- Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc duties

- GCSE Maths and English passes
Customer Service Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as communication skills, understanding the organisation and customer experience.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Customer Service Level 2 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded customer service professional. You will learn in detail about influencing skills, dealing with challenges, team working & much more.
These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.
