Job Description

This role is especially exciting as Magnus Search specialise in recruitment in the aviation and logistics industry for some of the biggest names and you may even have the opportunity to visit client sites and get up close with the aircraft!
Responsibilities
Supporting the compliance and admin of the company, you’ll be learning how to administer a busy recruitment office.
You will learn:
- Collecting candidate references
- Booking interviews and general administration
- Data entry onto the software system
- Applying for DBS checks on behalf of employers
- Making sure all paperwork is correct and compliant
- Checking eligibility of candidates for the roles they’ve applied for

Business Administrator Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021. They also boast the highest Ofsted rating, which only a select few training providers in the region have.
