They specialise in the creative space, working with London’s top marketing, advertising, events, PR & branding agencies. Helping them find top talent to create award winning campaigns for big name brands like Nike, Levis, Spotify, Jack Daniels & Bumble. They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and engaging apprentice to join the team, learn the ropes and become an integral part of their growth!

Responsibilities

From modern offices in central Leeds, you’ll be working with a small, growing team of experts, supporting you on your journey to become a well-rounded recruitment professional.

You will learn:

Utilising social platforms like LinkedIn in to support the senior team with resourcing.
Writing creative & exciting job posts to capture the attention of active specialists across job finding platforms like Indeed.
Manage the initial short-listing from job boards.
Learning the different project management & CRM systems they use to effectively manage workflows & data.
Reaching out to new clients, developing the new business pipeline.
Creative input on new ways & tools to improve winning new business.
Be an ideas person who loves to input into company brainstorming sessions
Oversee company socials increasing content output.
Engaging with the creative community to increase brand awareness.

Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021. They also boast the highest Ofsted rating, which only a select few training providers in the region have.

The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional. You will learn in detail about business communication, organisation, managing change, problem solving & much more.
